1Who we are

Growbeaux LLC is a Maryland-based company operating growbeaux.com. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, reach us at hello@growbeaux.com.

2What we collect

We try to collect as little as possible. Here's the full list:

• Information you give us directly — When you fill out the contact form or send us an email, we receive whatever you write us (name, email, message).
• Basic site analytics — Vercel Analytics tells us how many people visit which pages. It doesn't track you personally and uses no cookies. No identifying data, no cross-site profiling.
• Local browser storage — When you build a stack on the shop page, your bundle is saved in your browser's local storage so it persists across visits. This data lives on your device only — it never reaches us.

3What we do with it

We use the limited information we collect to:

• Respond to messages you send us
• Understand which parts of the site are useful (so we can make them better)
• Remember your stack between visits, on the device you built it on

That's it. We don't profile you, target ads at you, or build behavioral models of who you are.

4Who we share it with

Almost no one. The only third-party services that touch any of your data are:

• Vercel — hosts the website and provides anonymous traffic analytics
• Google Workspace — runs hello@growbeaux.com email

We never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or hand it to data brokers. We will only ever share information if legally required to (e.g., responding to a valid court order).

5Cookies and tracking

The site uses localStorage in your browser to save your stack and chat preferences. These are not cookies — they're data stored locally on your device that never gets sent anywhere. You can clear them any time in your browser's site settings.

We do not use any third-party cookies, ad tracking pixels, or cross-site profiling tools.

6Your rights

You have the right to:

• Know what we have on you — email us and we'll tell you everything in our records (which, for most visitors, is nothing)
• Have it deleted — email us and we'll wipe anything tied to you within 30 days
• Correct anything wrong — same channel, same response time
• Opt out of any future marketing — applies if and when we ever start an email list

For California residents (CCPA) and EU/UK residents (GDPR), the same rights apply with stronger legal backing — and the same email gets you the same response.

7Children

Growbeaux is built for adult men. The site, the products, the community — none of it is intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn we've collected information from someone under 18, we delete it.

8Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect what little we collect. The site uses HTTPS (encrypted connections), and the few systems we rely on (Vercel, Google Workspace) are industry-standard with their own security practices.

That said: no system is 100% secure. If a breach ever occurs that affects you, we'll let you know within 72 hours and explain what happened.

9Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and update the "last updated" date at the top. For substantial changes (like if we ever add email signups), we'll do our best to give visitors a heads up at the time of the change.
